Any thoughts on what could be causing this error all of a sudden during sync and how to resolve?  Thanks!

seems to me that the MA ist buisy with an Export while you try to start an Sync, or maybe something went wrong on the last Export and states are not cleared.

Maybe a restart of the SyncService could help.

Thanks for the suggestions, Peter.  I will look into those.  I had just done a reboot of the server, so the Sync Service was fresh, but perhaps it didn't start cleanly for some reason.  Thanks!
